Osram weiter im Umbruch

Mit roten Zahlen ist der Glühlampenhersteller Osram ins neue Geschäftsjahr gestartet - der Umsatz stieg zwar, aber der Konzernumbau und der Abbau Tausender Arbeitsplätze kosten viel Geld. Auf der Hauptversammlung in München erhofften sich die Aktionäre vom neuen Vorstandschef Olaf Berlien Auskunft, wie es weitergeht. Die bisherigen Pläne: In den nächsten zwei Jahren sollen an den deutschen Standorten 1700 Stellen gestrichen werden, im Ausland weitere 6100.
Berlien drückt beim Umbau aufs Tempo - die asiatische Konkurrenz macht mit günstigen LED-Lampen Druck. Der Osram-Chef hat bei der Vorlage der Quartalsbilanz bereits angekündigt, die Abläufe im Unternehmen müssten schneller werden. Den Aktionären der früheren Siemens-Sparte will er für das abgelaufene Jahr 90 Cent je Anteil als Dividende ausschütten. Die gleiche Größenordnung wurde auch für das laufende Jahr in Aussicht gestellt.
