Vodafone kündigt Festnetz-Flat für Türkei-Telefonate

Die "InternationalFlat 2" von Vodafone ist ab 15. Mai 2013 für Gespräche in die Türkei keine Flatrate mehr: Diese kosten dann einen Cent pro Minute – zusätzlich zu den 14,95 Euro, die monatlich für die Tarifoption fällig werden. Telefonate in andere Länder bleiben im Rahmen der optionalen Flatrate kostenlos. Vodafone begründet die Änderung damit, dass der türkische Netzbetreiber die Preise für die Durchleitung von Gesprächen verdoppelt habe.
Reklamationen von Kunden, die von der Preiserhöhung überrascht werden, will Vodafone mit Kulanzlösungen im Einzelfall berücksichtigen. Der Hauptvertrag kann nach Ansicht des Unternehmens aber nicht gekündigt werden. Lediglich die Zusatzoption sei jederzeit stornierbar.
Das Landgericht Hamburg entschied hingegen in einem Verfahren, das die Verbraucherzentrale Hamburg angestrengt hatte, dass Telefonprovider einzelne Zusatzoptionen nachträglich nicht kündigen dürfen (Az.: 312 O 170/12).
